The entry fee is $75 per title for the first category. You may enter your title in up to four additional categories for an additional $25 per category.

For example:

If you enter your book in category 01 General Sales and in two additional categories, 02 Sales Leadership, and 07 Industry Specific, your entry fee would be calculated as follows:

01        $75

02        $25

07        $25
